The GNJ Service app lets you place a service call by scanning the equipments barcode, entering in details about the problem, and optionally taking a picture of your equipment.
By using the app your service calls can be addressed more efficiently. Youll receive a notification when the service call is received by our staff and when a technician has been assigned to you. You can also view the status and progress of your service calls at any time within the app.
